Stephan Jüngst

Stephan Jüngst, admitted to practise law in Germany in 1996 and a specialist in construction and architectural law, has been managing partner and head of the firm’s nationwide real estate and construction law group since 2020. He has extensive experience advising on complex large-scale projects—including high-rise buildings, data centres, and stadiums—with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation, claim management, and the interplay with tenancy, public, tax, and corporate law. He also develops litigation avoidance strategies, represents clients in legal disputes, and drafts architectural and engineering contracts for project development.
