Stella has over 15 years’ experience acting for a variety of clients including private companies, individuals, property developers, local government authorities, state-owned corporations and not-for-profit organisations.

She specialises in acting for both landlords and tenants in drafting, reviewing and providing advice on all aspects of retail and commercial leasing matters.

She also provides legal services in other areas of property law including conveyancing, drafting and advising on various property agreements, acting on compulsory acquisitions and easements and giving general property advice.

• Managing retail and commercial leasing portfolios for various landlord clients (including shopping centre leases), drafting precedent documents tailored to meet individual client’s needs, negotiating lease terms, and providing general advice on various leasing issues that arise.
• Acting for a wide variety of tenant clients in providing detailed advice on their leases, helping them understand their rights and obligations and negotiate the terms of their transactions.
• Acting for local government authorities and state owned corporations in securing and managing their property portfolios, including leasing, licensing, acquisitions and easements.
