Steffen Holatka

Steffen Holatka is a lawyer who advises clients on all aspects of the building and architecture law with his particular speciality being construction-related legal consultation. He advises project developers, property developers, the investment managers of various life insurers, private building companies, engineers as well as towns, cities and local councils in connection with the realisation of medium-size and large-scale building projects. Starting with contract negotiation and drafting Mr Holatka has a wealth of expertise concerning construction-related (anti)claim management as well as – if required – the judicial settlement of remuneration and/or defect-related issues during or after conclusion of the building project.
