Stefanie A. Salomon is a Partner in Peckar & Abramson PC’s Miami, Florida office. Her practice centers on contract negotiation, project management, alternative dispute resolution, commercial construction disputes, and construction defect litigation. She represents owners, contractors, and other industry participants throughout all phases of construction projects and related disputes.
Stefanie regularly handles litigation matters in both Florida state and federal courts, including the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Her experience includes motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in complex, multimillion-dollar construction litigation. In addition to litigation, she assists clients with dispute avoidance strategies and alternative dispute resolution to address construction-related conflicts efficiently.
Admitted to practice in Florida, Stefanie earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated cum laude, received the Dean’s Law Scholarship for three consecutive years, and was named to the Dean’s List throughout law school. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University.
