Stefan Reinhart

Prof Dr Stefan Reinhart is a highly experienced consultant for complex liability matters, particularly in the liberal professions, manager liability, and financial services institutions. Internationally educated and a solicitor in England and Wales, he draws on a background in commercial law (M&A, corporate, capital markets, insurance law). He represents insured individuals and, as monitoring counsel, insurers. Prof Dr Reinhart has served as an arbitrator for over two decades, including as Chair of the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Frankfurt Bar Association. He combines legal practice with academic roles, holding board positions and an honorary professorship at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, and regularly publishes on liability and insolvency law. In his free time, he enjoys running and attending the opera. He is based in Frankfurt.
