Dr. Stefan Müller is a European Patent Attorney and German Patent Attorney at Vossius & Partner Patentanwälte Rechtsanwälte mbB in Munich, where he has been practicing since 2008. His work focuses on Intellectual Property Law, particularly patent prosecution and contentious proceedings before the European Patent Office.
Dr. Müller was admitted as a European Patent Attorney in 2013 and as a German Patent Attorney in 2017. He advises clients on patent matters throughout the innovation lifecycle, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications as well as representing parties in opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office.
Dr. Müller studied biology at the University of Würzburg, concentrating on pharmaceutical biology, botany, and organic chemistry. He completed his doctoral research at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Biology at the University of Würzburg, where his dissertation examined the spectrum of efficacy and signaling mechanisms of oxidized lipids in Arabidopsis thaliana.
