The primary focus of Dr. Anno Haberer’s work is advising on antitrust law covering both antitrust violation and merger control proceedings as well as on contract wording in line with antitrust legislation. Christian Aufdermauer studied law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Lausanne (antitrust law).
