Stacey Silber is a Family Law lawyer with Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. She advises clients on a wide range of family law matters, including parenting arrangements, parenting disputes, division of property, child support, spousal support, and divorce. Stacey also assists clients with cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, and separation agreements, and represents clients in mediation, arbitration, negotiations, and court proceedings.
Stacey earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and her LLB from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1992.
Stacey began her legal career with Farris LLP, where she practiced in the firm’s litigation department for seven years, handling civil, commercial, and family litigation matters. She later joined a boutique family law firm, where she focused exclusively on Family Law for many years before returning to Farris LLP in 2017.
A significant part of Stacey’s Family Law practice involves child mobility and relocation matters. She works with clients on resolving complex parenting and financial issues and has experience appearing before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
