Stacey Silber

Stacey Silber is a lawyer with Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia, practicing in the area of Family Law. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and later obtained her LLB from the University of British Columbia. Stacey was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1992.

Stacey began her legal career at Farris LLP, where she spent seven years in the firm’s litigation department working on civil, commercial, and family litigation matters. She subsequently joined a boutique family law firm, where she focused exclusively on family law for many years. In 2017, Stacey returned to Farris LLP to continue her family law practice.

Her family law practice includes matters involving parenting arrangements, child parenting issues, division of property, child support, spousal support, and divorce. Stacey also assists clients with the preparation of cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, and separation agreements. In addition, she represents clients in mediation and arbitration processes. A significant focus of her practice involves child mobility and relocation matters.

Stacey has substantial experience representing clients in negotiations and litigation before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
