Recognized in Ones to Watch since 2026 Sophie Boinnot advises and represents French and international clients in intellectual property, technology, data protection, and commercial law. Her practice encompasses both contentious and transactional matters, including strategic advice, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and complex litigation. Her experience includes complex domestic and cross-border matters involving international parties and institutions, some of which have reached the French Court of Cassation.
Before founding her own firm in 2024, Sophie practiced within the IP, Tech & Data teams of Gowling WLG and Jeantet. She holds an LL.M. from UCLA, a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Université Paris 5 Descartes, now part of Université Paris Cité.
She was recognized as an IP Rising Star by Managing IP in 2023 and 2024 and was recognized in the 2026 and 2027 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in France for Intellectual Property Law. She is a member of APRAM and AIPPI.
