Her litigation practice includes construction defect claims, product liability matters, insurance defense, and disputes involving commercial, residential, and condominium projects. She has handled claims involving roofing systems, water intrusion, HVAC systems, plumbing products, siding, and other construction-related issues.
Before entering private practice, Sommer worked for a Seattle mechanical and electrical engineering firm, giving her a practical understanding of technical construction and design issues.
