Soleïca Monnier

Soleïca Monnier is a lawyer in our Privacy and Cybersecurity group. She advises clients on privacy law enforcement in the private and public sector, particularly in the programmatic advertising industry.

Soleïca has advised several companies, government departments and agencies on technology law, privacy law enforcement and the Act respecting the legal framework for information technology, digital transformation, issues surrounding technology documents and electronic signatures, as well as information security. She has supported the Québec government in its digital transformation, including legal support in technological projects related to blockchains, biometrics, digital identity and artificial intelligence.
