Skyler Santomartino is a Senior Associate in the New York, New York office of Peckar & Abramson PC. His practice focuses on Construction Law and Litigation - Construction, with an emphasis on representing clients in complex construction-related disputes in state and federal courts.
Skyler regularly represents construction managers and general contractors involved in public infrastructure and private commercial construction projects. His experience includes handling matters involving delay, impact, and acceleration claims; design defect allegations; mechanic’s liens; change order and scope disputes; and prompt payment claims. His work often involves coordinating technical issues, project documentation, and contractual risk allocation throughout the lifecycle of construction litigation.
Skyler earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Business & Technology Law, Treasurer of the Business Law Society, and a member of the Transactional Law Team. He also gained judicial experience as an intern with the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
