Sjawal (Saj) Bhutta maintains a broad insurance litigation practice, including personal injury claims, product liability, occupiers’ liability, motor vehicle accidents, professional negligence, errors & omissions, sports and recreational liability, defamation, insurance coverage defence and property claims.

Saj is also often retained to advance subrogated claims.

Saj has appeared before various levels of Ontario Courts including the Superior Court of Justice and Licence Appeal Tribunal. He has successfully conducted several hearings at the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He has also successfully argued numerous motions before Judges and Masters of the Ontario Superior Court.
