Simon Jaffa

Simon offers extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions and in advising on local cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He represents international and Israeli companies, venture capital funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, and strategic investors in M&A and project financing transactions.

Simon also specializes in advising on infrastructure projects and project financing transactions. Simon's experience extends across all major areas of infrastructure, including oil and gas, energy, water, and transportation. He currently represents a number of parties in connection with large-scale infrastructure projects in Israel.

Simon serves as the firm's international relationship partner. This role consists of creating, coordinating, and maintaining the firm's relationship with leading international law firms and its international client base.
