Silke Köhler

Silke has broad experience in advising national and international real estate investors on all aspects of real estate transactions by way of asset and share deals. In addition, her main areas of practice include ongoing asset management advice with a focus on commercial leases. She also has deep experience advising on real estate law in crisis and insolvency situations, as well as in green real estate, where she guides clients in sustainable real estate operations.

Prior to joining the firm, Silke worked for Olswang in Germany for four years.
