She focuses her practice on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and acquisition financings, and has extensive experience structuring solutions across the capital stack, including senior secured, subordinated, and unsecured credit facilities, unitranche facilities, first lien/second lien facilities, mezzanine financings, and hybrid facilities.
