Ms. Hall is the owner of
Workers Rights Law Firm, LLC., a firm specializing in union-side labor law, employee
benefits law and employment law, which she has practiced exclusively for 28
years. She was previously a partner in
the local labor law firms of Hammond and Shinners, PC. and Spector, Wolfe,
McLaughlin, O’Mara & Hall, LLC, where she represented unions,
Taft-Hartley funds, single employer governmental funds, and employees,
primarily in Missouri. Ms. Hall has also practiced labor and employment law in
the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. She has lectured on labor and employment law issues
at a number of professional meetings and seminars, both locally and nationally.
EDUCATION
Ms. Hall received her B.A. in
psychology from the University of Tulsa in 1986, completed one year of graduate
work in psychology, and received her J.D. from the University of Texas at
Austin in 1990.
BAR ADMISSIONS
Ms. Hall is admitted to the
Missouri (1990) and Texas (1996) bars, although her Texas admission is
inactive. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Courts of
Appeals for the Fifth, Eighth and Ninth Circuits, and the United States
District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Northern and
Southern Districts of Texas.

Ms. Hall is or has been a
