Shelley specialises in the resolution of corporate governance disputes, commercial and corporate contractual disputes, and residential and commercial construction disputes. Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of commercial litigation: strata disputes, building defect claims, construction contract disputes, corporate governance matters and commercial contractual disputes. She regularly appears in complex litigation in the ACT Supreme Court and Federal Court.
As the former President of the Strata Community Association (ACT), Shelley led advocacy on the ACT Government's A$50 million concessional cladding rectification support package for owners corporations, and is a regular contributor to ACT Government consultation panels on strata and construction reform.
