Shelby J. Anderson

Shelby Anderson counsels clients, including investment management companies and private equity funds, on a wide range of financial services matters, including investigations and complex securities, corporate governance and compliance issues. Prior to joining WilmerHale, she worked as an associate and a summer associate for another law firm in New York City. During law school, Ms. Anderson was an extern in the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement and a judicial intern for the Honorable Charles F. Lettow of the US Court of Federal Claims.
