Shelby A. Dahl is a senior associate with Hutchison & Steffen PLLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, contract disputes, and intellectual property matters.
Originally from Las Vegas, Shelby graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University with a degree in sociology. She returned to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2015. During law school, she externed for a federal magistrate judge and worked with Hutchison & Steffen during the summers.
After law school, Shelby clerked for three Nevada judges in state and federal courts. Through her clerkships, she gained experience with all stages of litigation, including screening complaints, early discovery, dispositive motions, trials, and appeals. Shelby represents clients in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada in commercial litigation, corporate law, contract disputes, and intellectual property matters.
