Biography
Shawn McGarry is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow in the InternationalSociety of Barristers. For more than 30 years, Shawn has focused his practice on defending health careproviders and facilities, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, trucking companies andproduct manufacturers.
Shawn is a highly experienced trial lawyer who aggressively defends his clients in state and federalcourts and in binding arbitrations. He is also the President of Kipp & Christian.
He is an AV peer review rated attorney and repeatedly has been named by his peers as one of the toptrial lawyers in the state of Utah in Utah Business Magazine and Mountain States Super Lawyers. Shawnis also listed in "The Best Lawyers in America."
