Shawn M. Mr. Cunningham's extensive trial experience led to his election to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, where he serves on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix area. Mr. Cunningham made Phoenix, Arizona his home in 1986 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, cum laude, from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Cunningham obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1989 from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
