Shawn Eady

Shawn is a seasoned litigator with more than 16 years' experience working in the insurance, construction, and real estate industries. He counsels clients on a range of business, insurance coverage, litigation, and transactional matters.

Shawn has experience, including first chair at trial, managing all aspects of large civil litigation matters on behalf of businesses, real estate developers, architects, engineers, and land surveyors. He has also prosecuted third-party complaints against a wide variety of trade subcontractors and successfully pursued insurance coverage for a range of policy holder clients.
