Biography
Shawn Rediger is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency, real estate, and business transactions. She advises businesses and individuals on restructuring, creditor and debtor rights, and strategic planning in financially distressed situations.
Shawn represents secured creditors, lenders, corporate and individual debtors, bankruptcy trustees, and receivers in a wide range of insolvency matters. Her practice includes bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, and related litigation in state and federal courts.
In addition to her insolvency work, Shawn advises clients on residential and commercial real estate matters, including transactions, disputes, and risk management. Her clients include corporations, business owners, property owners, lenders, and title insurance companies.
Shawn serves as Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Practice Group and leads the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Practice Team. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights and Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
She is active in professional and community organizations, including serving on the board of WOMBATS, an organization for women in bankruptcy, and representing the firm in Business Counsel, an international network of law firms.
