Shasta Kelley grew up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs in Pierce County and South King County, an experience that shaped her practical understanding of property ownership, development, and business operations. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University, with a focus on Finance and Law and Public Policy, and worked for her family’s development and property management company before pursuing her law degree. Shasta is an attorney with Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess PLLC in Tacoma, Washington. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at Ledger Square Law, P.S., where she represented clients in business and real estate matters throughout the South Sound region.
