Shasta L. Kelley

Shasta Kelley grew up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs in Pierce County and South King County, an experience that shaped her practical understanding of property ownership, development, and business operations. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University, with a focus on Finance and Law and Public Policy, and worked for her family’s development and property management company before pursuing her law degree. This background informs her approach to advising individuals, families, investors, and businesses through proactive planning and thoughtful problem solving.

Shasta is an attorney with Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess PLLC in Tacoma, Washington. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at Ledger Square Law, P.S., where she represented clients in business and real estate matters throughout the South Sound region.

Her practice focuses on Corporate Law and Real Estate Law, including business formation, acquisitions, succession planning, contract drafting and review, and matters involving partnership and contract disputes, wind-up, and dissolution. Shasta works closely with clients to provide clear, practical guidance designed to support sound decision-making and long-term planning, allowing them to remain focused on their personal and professional goals.
