Shanlee von Vegesack

Shanlee von Vegesack is a corporate and securities lawyer in Vancouver with experience advising both private and public issuers as well as underwriters and venture capital investors. Shanlee provides advice to clients on a wide range of issues, including start-up and incorporation, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
