Shanellah Verna Harris is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Development and Finance and Hospitality Practices. Shanellah focuses her practice on matters involving diverse real estate projects and transactions. She has experience drafting and reviewing documents related to new construction, rehabilitation and refinancing projects, including loan documents, lease agreements and legal opinions.
Prior to joining Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, Shanellah practiced at an Am Law 100 firm facilitating transactions involving tax-exempt bonds, low-income housing tax credit and federal, state and local government financing on behalf of mortgage lenders, developers and public housing authorities nationwide.
