Biography

Shaheen Imami is a nationally recognized trusts and estates attorney with more than 30 years of experience. Admitted in Tennessee and Michigan, he brings rare expertise across the full spectrum of trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation. First known for handling complex post-death disputes, Shaheen now primarily focuses on advising high- and ultra-high net-worth clients on sophisticated planning and administration strategies and drafts a wide range of estate documents tailored to diverse needs.

A Fellow and Regent of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Shaheen serves on several key substantive and administrative committees. He is also a Steering Committee Member for the Cambridge Forum on Private Wealth Law, an ongoing participant of the Cambridge Forum on Private Wealth Litigation, and previously held many leadership roles within the State Bar of Michigan.
