Seth Walker primarily represents private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, fundless sponsors, family offices, venture capital investors, SBICs, BDCs, banks, and privately held companies in a variety of their investment and finance transactions.

Seth’s practice focuses on evaluating, structuring, and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, minority and control equity investments, carve-outs, and cross-border transactions. Seth also has extensive experience representing and counseling privately held and emerging companies with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate governance, the formation and structure of business entities, incentive compensation, and other operational matters.
