For more than 20 years, Seth has devoted his entire professional practice to family law and related matters, including all aspects of dissolution; child custody disputes; alimony and child support modification; prenuptial and settlement agreements; equitable distribution; domestic violence; and post-judgment family-related matters. Seth has led a number of victorious appeals to the Appellate Division, including Khan v. Rajput, where he successfully argued for the return of wrongfully abducted children.
Seth also volunteers his time to serve as an Early Settlement Panelist in Morris and Essex Counties, during which he reviews family law cases and makes recommendations towards settlement. Seth is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Family Law sections of the Bergen County Bar Association.
Prior to beginning his practice in Family Law, Seth served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo, Presiding Family Court Judge of Hudson County, Superior Court of New Jersey. Seth received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University in 2003. He is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New Jersey.
