Being native to Silicon Valley, Seth has been deeply immersed in the dynamic environment of tech companies, startups, and entrepreneurs. His career originated in New York, focusing on SEC and FINRA investigations, conducting internal investigations for corporations and government entities, and dealing with technology-based contract litigation. Since his return to California in 2015, Seth has widened his practice to encompass a broad range of commercial disputes.
