Seth Royster is an associate attorney at Shannon & Wright LLP in Alexandria, Virginia. He represents individuals, families, fiduciaries, and businesses in matters involving Elder Law, Trusts and Estates, estate planning and administration, business law, real estate, and civil and commercial litigation.
Seth advises clients on guardianship and conservatorship matters and assists fiduciaries with the legal and practical issues that can arise while serving in those roles. He also represents clients in estate and trust administration matters, helping families navigate probate proceedings and related disputes with clarity and attention to detail.
In his litigation practice, Seth represents clients in Virginia General District and Circuit Courts in matters involving real estate disputes, elder law issues, commercial disputes, and fiduciary litigation. With more than five years of legal experience, he is licensed to practice law in both Virginia and North Carolina.
Outside of his legal practice, Seth values community involvement and has served on multiple nonprofit boards. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the local food scene with his wife and attending live sporting events throughout the Alexandria area.
