Sergio Juárez is a Partner in the Employment Law department of Andersen Tax & Legal at the Madrid office. He previously worked at Olleros Abogados, CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and Garrigues.
Sergio is a specialist in comprehensive legal and employment advice to public and private sector companies (national and international), as well as in litigation in all levels of the social jurisdiction, and in administrative proceedings before the Labour Inspectorate and Social Security Management Entities.During his professional career, he has advised on numerous procedures of the social order in matters of collective conflict, substantial modification of working conditions, trade union law and electoral procedures, senior management, outsourcing, etc., in all types of sectors.
In the academic field, Sergio is a regular lecturer in the full time Master's Degrees in access to the legal profession and an executive in the speciality of Business Legal Practice at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues.In addition, he participates as a speaker in different forums, seminars and conferences related to employment law, in both business and university fields.
