Sergio De Juan-Creix Cuatrecasas

Sergio de Juan-Creix has been practicing for more than 15 years. He has developed much of his career at the major Spanish law firm Cuatrecasas. He also led the IP / IT team at BDO Abogados. After these stages in leading law firms, he founded Croma Legal supported by Copyrait - Enric Enrich. Sergio has extensive experience in industrial and intellectual property, unfair competition, distribution, advertising, e-commerce, and personal data.

He provides legal advice on those matters related to technology, entertainment, artworks, commercial agreements, and digital environments, on regulatory, contractual and litigation issues.

Sergio also combines his professional practice with teaching in the areas of advertising, data protection and intellectual property.

Sergio is a mediator for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and has different certifications in the field of privacy.
