His professional practice has been developed in the areas of litigation, consulting, planning of operational structures, strategies in respect of customs and foreign trade, specialist on customs regulations, promote exports programs (IMMEX-maquila), regulatory compliance and non-tariff restrictions, tariff classification, customs authorizations, anti-dumping proceedings, as well as government relations on the subject.
He has authored several articles and publications, as well as lecturer of in various forums specialized in foreign trade and customs matters.
Has been professor of international taxation at the LL.M. program of the Universidad Anahuac campus Cancun and at the Universidad Marista campus Merida. He has taught the course “Taxation of Foreign Residents” of the “Tax Treaties and Foreign Residents” program of the International Fiscal Association in Mexico and has been deputy professor at the LL.Ms’ programs on Taxation and Tax Law of the Universidad Panamericana.
Graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) in 2005, with specialized postgraduate studies in the Universidad Panamericana in Tax Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Constitucional/Amparo Law and Intellectual Property.
Active member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados (BMA) and current President of the Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Comercio Exterior (IMECE).
