Selma Dafne Esquivel Piñal

She joined Sánchez Devanny in 2016 as part of Labor, Social Security and Immigration. Before joining Sanchez Devanny, she worked as an attorney in the legal department of a major national law firm, providing services for the labor practice group for six years.

She also has extensive experience in advising clients on national and international labor and social security issues. She has assisted clients in complex litigation work in both individual and collective aspects, as well as negotiations with trade unions. She has also assisted clients in preparing all kinds of contracts and documents on labor matters.
