Sébastien Lorquet offers employers extensive experience on the management of their human resources issues.

Advising clients on a range of issues related to labour and employment law, Sébastien has assisted with collective labour relations, individual employment contracts and human rights, to labour standards. He has assisted employers across a variety of sectors, including education, construction, technology, manufacturing, retail and not-for-profit organizations.

A member of both the Ontario and Québec bars, Sébastien represents clients before labour arbitrations, wrongful dismissal claims, human rights, collective bargaining, labour disputes, employment standards claims and on Labour Relations Board proceedings.
