Sebastian Heim

Dr Sebastian Heim is partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Munich office and member of the IP/IT/Media practice group where he is in charge of the patent and technology team. He is specialised in intellectual property law and advises national and international clients in patent, design right and unfair competition law matters as well as know-how issues with a particular focus on litigation, strategic IP advisory service, employee invention related matters and technology transfer (R&D cooperations, licence agreements, IP transactions).
