Sebastian Engels

Sebastian Engels advises clients in all aspects of trade mark, copyright, and unfair competition law. He works with German and international clients to develop IP strategies both in Germany and abroad. As a special focus of his expertise he is advising and representing E-Commerce and IT-providers amongst others with regard to consumer protection regulations, transactional matters, data protection law, and domain name law.

Sebastian Engels studied law at the University of Constance (Germany) and the University of Cork (Ireland), specializing in competition law and intellectual property.
