My almost 20 years of government enforcement experience - including 10 years as a federal prosecutor handling healthcare cases - gives me a unique perspective into how the federal and state governments investigate and resolve these cases. That coupled with the fact I worked for OIG-HHS and as a CMS attorney provides me direct knowledge of the 3 major federal healthcare enforcement agencies.
