Sean Cohen

Sean Cohen's practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on securities matters and mergers and acquisitions.

Sean has extensive transactional experience in various industries, acting for both purchasers and sellers in public and private transactions. He also acts in Canadian and cross-border public financings and private placements of debt and equity on behalf of issuers and underwriters.

In recent years, Sean has acted for several clients in the aerospace and mining sectors and has developed a deep understanding of the legal issues and challenges faced by such clients. Sean is currently completing a master of laws degree in securities law. Additionally, he serves as a director of a startup legal clinic.
