Sean Bryden

Sean Bryden is experienced in the areas of financial services, real estate, and corporate and commercial law. Sean’s practice focuses on commercial and agricultural financing, real estate, and corporate and commercial law, as well as contracts and municipal law. Sean acts for borrowers as well as numerous major financial institutions and mezzanine financiers in regards to both large and small loan facilities across Canada. Sean has worked extensively on land and property development projects, including major condominium developments, and has acted as counsel for both developers and municipalities on such projects. Sean also assists clients with a broad spectrum of commercial and residential real estate transactions and commercial leasing matters. Sean is called to the bar in Saskatchewan and the Yukon.
