In addition to his litigation work, Sean maintains a strong white collar defense practice where he leads internal investigations and defends corporations and individuals in government enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Sean has investigated and defended numerous high-profile matters, both criminal and civil, involving alleged accounting and securities fraud, health care fraud, violations of the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Well-versed in FCPA compliance, Sean recently co-authored the anti-bribery and anti-corruption chapter of The Complete Compliance and Ethics Manual 2025, published by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
