Scott Tidwell

Scott Tidwell is a fifth-generation Arkansan who was raised in Rogers, Arkansas. He graduated from Rogers High School in 2000 and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas in 2004. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar that same year.

Scott has practiced law since 2007 and is licensed in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. He began his career in private practice, including a period of solo practice from 2010 to 2013, before joining RMP LLP. He is based in the firm’s Springdale, Arkansas office and represents clients across Northwest Arkansas and surrounding states.

Scott’s practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Insurance, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, and Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. He represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil disputes, including matters involving insurance coverage, liability claims, and complex commercial issues.

In addition to his legal practice, Scott has remained active in community and professional service. He previously served as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters from 2011 to 2013, was a member of the Rogers Noon Rotary Club from 2012 to 2014, and is a graduate of Leadership Benton County, Class of 2013. Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors of the ALS Association of Arkansas and as treasurer of the Benton County Law Library Board.
