Scott Spindler is a senior partner with Harrison Pensa's Business and Financial Services Group and the Practice Group Co-Chair for the firm's Education Law Group. With thirty years of experience working with private and public companies, boards of education, credit unions and other financial institutions, Scott has in-depth experience with a wide variety of legal issues. Scott believes that providing value to clients starts with understanding their needs. He achieves this by establishing a relationship which allows clients to fully and comfortably communicate their priorities and concerns. This relationship, in turn, enables Scott to provide effective solutions. Scott fills the role of trusted advisor for many clients who benefit from the breadth of his experience.
