Scott Rozansky is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial group in our Montréal office.

Scott is especially renowned for his in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and start-ups. He has been advising and guiding entrepreneurs, start-ups and their investors on financing and venture capital strategy, and walking them through all stages of company development.

In addition to his extensive experience in emerging technologies, Scott has an extensive background in securities, mergers & acquisitions and commercial transactions.
