Scott has a litigation practice focused on some of the most significant industrial and infrastructure construction impact disputes in Canada, including the development, assessment, quantification and litigation/arbitration of delay, extra, schedule extension and productivity issues, as well as product liability claims. Scott has extensive trial experience, representing clients in many major and complex disputes before Courts across Canada, and in commercial arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international. Scott was designated King's Counsel in 2011 and is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. Scott's experience draws from a technical background in mechanical engineering.
