Scott C. Wallace represents commercial, industrial and residential builders, landowners and institutions in their most important development, land use and zoning projects. Scott is a principal in Miles & Stockbridge’s Land Use Practice Group and the firm’s Rockville, Maryland office. He brings a comprehensive knowledge of state, county and city land use and zoning laws to his work and helps clients navigate their office, retail, mixed-use and residential projects through the various approval procedures—planning and design, application preparation and approval and post-approval requirements.
He works extensively with government entities in Maryland’s Montgomery County and the municipalities of Rockville and Gaithersburg. He also advocates for clients before state and local administrative, judicial and legislative bodies in matters related to land use, entitlements, zoning, and permitting.
