Scott Atwood chairs Henderson Franklin’s Labor and Employment Law Group and has practiced for three decades, representing employers, entrepreneurs and public entities in Florida, Georgia and throughout the United States. His practice encompasses employment litigation and counseling involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour matters, FMLA leave, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and employment agreements.
A Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Scott also assists parties in resolving employment and business disputes outside the courtroom.
Scott is a former member of The Florida Bar Board of Governors and previously served as Chair of The Florida Bar’s Labor and Employment Law Section and President of its Young Lawyers Division. He is active in the University of Florida College of Law Alumni Council and serves as Legislative Chair for SHRM Naples.
