Scott A. Beatty chairs Henderson Franklin’s Business Litigation Department and brings nearly 30 years of Florida litigation experience to his practice. Based in Naples, he represents businesses and individuals in complex civil, business and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, construction matters, real estate disputes, business torts and contract litigation.
Scott handles matters through trial and appeal and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also represented clients in several matters resulting in published judicial opinions.
A Charter Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, Scott is also a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation, Construction Law and Litigation – Real Estate since 2025.
